How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard processing takes 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Can I return or exchange my hair products?
Due to the nature of our beauty and hair care products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Are your hair care products safe for color-treated locs?
Yes! All Locs of Love LLC products are formulated with natural ingredients that are gentle on color-treated hair and designed to maintain moisture without stripping pigment.
What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Locs of Love LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking number.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and to Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to share the love worldwide soon.
