At Locs of Love LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
